Mirador Law is a boutique plaintiff personal injury firm located in Pleasanton, CA. Our female partners have a combined 40+ years of experience as trial lawyers, have been honored numerous times as Super Lawyers® and were finalists for San Francisco Trial Lawyers “Trial Attorney of the Year” award in 2025. We are seeking a full time litigation associate to competently manage a personal injury caseload. Ideally, we want someone proactive, independent, with several years of experience navigating the discovery process who is an excellent writer. Desired skills include the ability to:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution
• Navigate all phases of the discovery process
• Regularly handle court appearances and capable of handling depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
• Draft claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Communicate with expert witnesses, witnesses, and medical providers

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice in California
• Preferably have 5+ years experience in the area of personal injury litigation, but we will consider a less experienced associate with exemplary writing skills and demonstrated work ethic.
• Excellent writing skills - this is a must.
• Capable of working independently and proactively.
• Must be willing to work onsite from our office in Pleasanton. (We are amenable to a hybrid schedule after you have fully onboarded and are ramped up with our firm and the way we practice.)

Location: In order to successfully collaborate, we ask that applicants be prepared to work on-site in our Pleasanton office as this is where our attorneys and support staff currently work on-site. We are open to discussing a hybrid work arrangement for exemplary candidates who demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, while successfully collaborating as required.

Pay: $147k to $175k + annual bonus based on performance and impact (applicants with extensive experience who fall outside this salary range are encouraged to apply).

Where you fall within this range is dependent on experience, seniority, and demonstrated role ability during the interview process.

Hours: Full time, 40 hrs./week

Pay: $147,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
