About the role
PAS Packaging is a growing distributor of packaging supplies to chain and independent pharmacies across the US. As we scale our digital infrastructure, we’re looking for a technically sharp, detail-oriented analyst to help keep our systems connected and our data clean.
This is a cross-functional role for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats. One day you might be cleaning up product data in Acumatica, the next you’re troubleshooting a printer issue for an employee or pulling together a KPI report for leadership. You’ll report directly to the Director of Ecommerce & Systems and work across our core tech stack — Acumatica, BigCommerce, and HubSpot — to ensure data flows accurately and our digital operations run smoothly.

What you’ll work on
Product data management
- Create and maintain product SKUs, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and category assignments
- Coordinate product imagery and ensure it meets quality standards across systems
- Support ongoing data modernization between M.O.M., Acumatica (ERP) and BigCommerce (ecommerce)
- Identify and correct product data quality issues before they reach the website
Systems administration & data governance
- Assist in configuring and maintaining HubSpot (CRM) and BigCommerce
- Perform data hygiene, deduplication, and synchronization across the tech stack
- Help maintain standard pricing levels, buying group rates, and customer-specific data
- Document processes and flag integration issues as they arise
- Support our ongoing AI modernization effort by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency across systems
Technical support
- Provide IT troubleshooting support for hardware and software across in-office and remote employees
- Support laptops, phones, printers, and business applications
- Escalate issues appropriately and help maintain a reliable working environment
Operational reporting & administrative support
- Contribute daily and monthly KPI reports, sales analytics, and commission/rebate tracking
- Assist leadership with high-level reporting and capacity management
- Help develop and maintain SOPs across departments
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience with ERP or order management systems (Acumatica, M.O.M., or similar)
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce preferred) and/or CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong data management skills — you notice when something is off, and you fix it
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, and similar)
- Comfortable translating messy operational data into clear, actionable reporting
- Technical aptitude for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
- Adaptable — you don’t mind shifting gears when the team needs something different from you that day
Compensation & benefits
Base salary: $65,000 – $70,000
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday
