Luca Architects, a small architecture firm led by principal architect Mali Torriero, is seeking a part-time Architect Associate to join our growing practice. We work on residential and commercial projects across Southwest Florida, Western Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. W with an integrated design-build approach, giving our team unusual visibility into how great design gets built.

This position is a part-time hybrid position (remote/in person)with flexible hours. It is well suited to an experienced designer or intern architect looking for different types of projects without a full-time commitment.

What you'll do

• Work on all phases of design including - schematic design,design development, construction documents, and construction administration.• Work directly with the principal, clients, and construction partners through project phases.• Assist with permitting, code review, consultant coordination, research, and drawings. • Contribute to a small, collaborative studio where your work is seen and valued.

What we're looking for

• A collaborative person that likes to work as a team but also self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting• An experienced designer or intern architect • A person proficiency in Revit a must. Lumion and Adobe Suite a plus.• Southwest Florida familiarity (coastal codes, flood zones) is a bonus
