This is more than a campus representative position—it is an opportunity to become part of a national movement transforming nursing education through competency-based professional development and workforce readiness.
As a Founding Regional Snapshot Ambassador, you will serve as the face of CARE-INF™ within your local nursing community, educating students and faculty about the value of the CARE-INF™ Professional Practice Snapshot™ while helping your peers begin building a lifelong professional portfolio.

About CARE-INF™
CARE-INF™ is developing the nation's first Verified Competency Infrastructure™ designed to support nursing students, healthcare organizations, educators, and advanced practice providers throughout their professional journey.
Our Professional Practice Snapshot™ allows nursing students to document competency development, leadership experiences, clinical growth, professional achievements, certifications, and career readiness in a secure, longitudinal professional portfolio that grows with them throughout their careers.
Position Summary
Regional Snapshot Ambassadors are responsible for increasing awareness and adoption of the CARE-INF™ Professional Practice Snapshot™ throughout assigned colleges, universities, nursing programs, and healthcare communities.
Working alongside the CARE-INF™ leadership team, ambassadors will build relationships with nursing students, faculty, graduate nurses, and student organizations while promoting the value of verified competency development and professional readiness.
Every ambassador receives a personalized affiliate dashboard, referral link, and QR code to track referrals, commissions, and outreach activities.

Regional Snapshot Ambassadors receive a unique combination of guaranteed hourly pay and entrepreneurial earning potential.
Hourly Compensation
Ambassadors earn $10.00 per hour for approved activities including:
Founding Ambassador Commission
As part of our inaugural ambassador program, ambassadors will receive a 50% commission on every verified Professional Practice Snapshot™ registration completed through their personal affiliate QR code or referral link during the Founding Ambassador Program period.
