This opportunity puts you in the middle of both preconstruction and active project delivery, supporting high-profile commercial office interiors, tenant improvements, and mixed-use projects for recognizable clients. If your goal is to become a Project Manager, this is the kind of experience that builds that path.

You'll spend your time:

• Supporting preconstruction efforts with quantity takeoffs, conceptual budgets, and estimating.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and Revit models to help develop accurate project costs.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, meeting minutes, and other critical project documentation.
• Tracking schedules, budgets, invoices, and change orders alongside experienced Project Managers.
• Coordinating with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects moving.
• Assisting with value engineering, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Helping deliver high-end corporate interiors, tenant improvement build-outs, lobby renovations, and mixed-use commercial projects.

What you'll get is exposure to both preconstruction and operations instead of being boxed into one side of the business. You'll work on recognizable commercial projects, collaborate with experienced construction leaders, enjoy a hybrid schedule (3–4 days in the office, 1–2 from home), and earn $50–55/hour on a long-term assignment.

You're someone who enjoys solving problems before they become expensive, stays organized when juggling multiple projects, communicates well with both office and field teams, and can confidently read construction drawings. You likely have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with a few years supporting commercial construction projects.
