Role Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud and on-premises environments for reliability and performance
- Manage Linux and Windows Server systems, including patching, upgrades, and maintenance
- Support Windows desktop imaging, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Automate administration and deployment tasks using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, GitHub Actions, Bash, or Python
- Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure solutions
- Support network troubleshooting across cloud and hybrid environments
- Document configurations, procedures, and technical solutions
- Participate in on-call support and incident response activities as needed
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Linux system administration experience
- 3+ years of AWS administration experience in enterprise environments
- 3+ years of Windows Server and desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and incident/problem management experience
- Experience working with cloud security and automation tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Required Skills/Experience:
- Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
- Linux and Windows Server administration experience
- Windows desktop imaging and deployment experience
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, security protocols
- Automation/configuration management with Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or GitHub Actions
- Scripting with Bash and/or Python
- Enterprise troubleshooting across hardware, software, OS, and network layers
Other Skills:
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- AWS certifications preferred
- Experience in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
