For the past 8 years, Tara Wagner Coaching (a 7 figure small business consultancy) has helped local, service-based business owners plan, build, and scale a profitable business with diy, group, mastermind, and 1:1 programs.

After 2.5 years, our amazing VA is stepping back for personal reasons and we need to replace her with an absolute UNICORN.

Fundamentally, you need to:

• Love people, want to help them succeed and celebrate their wins
• Be organized and fairly anal-retentive (even a bit perfectionistic)
• Be extremely tech-savvy with online business tech stacks (examples below)
• Have the attitude of an intrapreneur

The Role:

This is 100% remote (maybe 90% in the future, so please like travel).

Primary role is that of virtual assistance, and client support, handling emails, billing needs, failed payments, onboarding, offboarding, social media support, managing and updating SOPs, and other misc tasks should be handled with ease, bordering on boredom.

Mixed into that, as you'd be the primary inbox manager, having a keen eye for sales opportunities, or even sales training and experience, are highly needed (and rewarded with commissions).

Short-term responsibility:

We're currently in first gear, with a pause on marketing and sales while we burn some things down and rebuild them (branding, website, marketing funnels, etc). In that process, we are rebuilding processes and SOPs and re-organizing the backend of things. Not a fun time for our current unicorn to leave, although we're happy for her. Sorta.

This means your immediate role would be to manage all notifications (email, socials, etc), while working with us to clean up systems and SOPs, and generally jump into the deep end to a) learn the whole business and b) make our operations better.

If that doesn't instantly get your wheels turning and churn up a bit of excitement, this isn't for you.

Long-term responsibility:

Hell if I know. The world is changing too fast to project what the next 6 months will bring. But we want someone who is in it with us for the long-haul, ready to tackle whatever comes, and desiring a stable position with a company that will value their talent. If you don't see yourself as an entire behind-the-scenes dream team, wanting to take credit for the success of not just this company but all the companies we impact, we're not a match.

Tech Savviness:

Our current tech stack requires someone with DEEP skill and experience, not just an ability to learn. We don't want to have to teach you; we need you already up to speed and able to jump into the deep end. In no particular order:

• Clickup
• Google Workspace
• GoHighLevel
• Stripe
• ActiveCampaign (on its way out the door)
• Xperiencify (on its way out)
• HTML
• Bunny
• Stape
• Zoom
• Canva
• Zapier
• Scoreapp
• I'm probably forgetting some

Here's the kicker: We need YOU to have this skill. Not your AI trained agent. AI is fine, but over-reliance is a major red flag in our world. If you can't do it yourself, and do it well enough to even teach it someone else, we don't want you doing it at all. And if you use it to reply to a human (including to reply to this listing), that's an immediate rejection. We believe humans should be supporting other humans...stop giving your job away.

Other things we need:

• The ability to work on pacific time zone, 8-4p.
• The ability to travel should we finally get around to hosting in-person events for clients
• Someone who finds problems but brings solutions
• A sense of humor - please for the love of all that is holy don't take life too seriously.

And now the real unicorn piece:

This is a small but mighty team. Everyone we have/had on it is a jack/jill of all trades with expertise in multiple areas. So if you also have experience in business and marketing consulting, life coaching, high ticket sales, business development, lead generation, or anything else you think we'd fancy, bring it to the table and make your case. What matters most is how valuable of a role you can play for the business, as well as our clients.

Compensation:

Minimum of $30/hr for the basic role...but higher hourly + 10% commissions will be discussed for the right unicorn. Tell me what you think you're worth (and bring receipts). I'm all ears.
