Customer Support Agent

We seek a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be our customer's first point of contact, providing exceptional support via email or chat. You will assist our customers by answering product, service, or billing-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with a positive and professional attitude, while building strong relationships. Additionally, you will handle escalations and contribute to continuous improvements in customer experience.

● Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously across chat or other platforms.

● Work independently with a high degree of efficiency, handling a fast-paced workload while maintaining quality customer interactions.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent. (or higher)

● 1 year of experience in a customer service role providing email or chat support. (a college degree can substitute for experience)

● Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.

● Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and manage tasks efficiently.

● Active listening skills, with the ability to adjust replies based on customer needs and tone. ● Experience with Zendesk and Backoffice tools.

● Strong customer service, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Organized, with the ability to track and follow up on multiple tasks accurately and on time.

● Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously. (chat)

● Solid computer and web browsing skills.

● Basic math skills.

● Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with accuracy.

● Experience in a script-free environment, drafting tailored responses.

● Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels and people from diverse backgrounds.

Location:

● Bethlehem, PA (Relocation or reliable commute required)

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 pm- 11:00 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
