What You'll do:

• Import dispute files from payment processors or banks
• Validate imported records for completeness and accuracy
• Match disputes with order or transaction data
• Update dispute status in CRM or internal systems
• Prepare documentation packages for review
• Maintain audit-ready records
• Generate operational reports and dashboards
• Escalate exceptions or missing information

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in payment operations, dispute operations, chargeback administration, merchant support, banking operations, or data management.
• Experience working in a high-volume, process-driven environment, preferably within an eCommerce, fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS organization.
• Familiarity with payment processing ecosystems and dispute workflows is preferred.

Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per month
