We seek a candidate with production experience to train to be a Mixing Technician. This candidate will support the rapid growth of our manufacturing capabilities. This is NOT assembly line work, we produce plastics compounds to our customers specifications. Candidates should be motivated team players. Mechanical & Technical knowledge is preferred. Responsibilities include batching and mixing of materials for machines per work order instructions.

A Successful Candidate should have the following skill set:

• Work Experience in a Production Environment
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Good daily attitude, team player, ambitious
• Enjoy a fast paced and challenging work environment
• Computer and tablet Competency

Pay

Pay range is $18 to $30/hr

Shift Differential $3.00 (Nights) along with an annual $1500 Nightshift bonus

Overtime is readily available and paid at 1.5x

Monthly Production Bonuses paid for meeting goals - up to $500

Christmas bonuses paid annually
