Bancroft is actively seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.

We are looking for a Licensed Behavior Analyst, LBA, for our Lindens Neurobehavioral Stabilization Program located in Mt Laurel, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Lindens Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience severe behavioral challenges. The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The LBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes a psychologist, licensed clinical social workers, speech therapist(s), and occupational therapist(s). The LBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework. The LBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing Behavior Support Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.

The Licensed Behavior Analyst supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.
