For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and in-patient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have satellite clinics offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Utilization Review Manager (URM) to oversee and coordinate the utilization review process within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and policies. As a member of our clinical team, the URM will ensure that patient care is delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all applicable standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to optimizing patient outcomes and resource utilization across diverse care settings.
