Key Requirements

• Technical Matter Expert on Billing with strong lead capabilities able to guide large volumes of verification engineers.
• Finance (mapping to classic architecture would be BSCS GL, Accounting Center, TA Taxation, PIHS)
• Billing process (mapping to classic architecture would be BSCS BCH, BGH, RLH)
• Bill presentment (StreamServe OpenText Background)
• Taxation (ideally someone with Vertex knowledge)
• Billing promotion Payment (knowledge of Payment interface PIH etc)
• Resources administration: RA module For delivery of MVNO: We need BSCS iX R3 or R4 SA/SI skills: Knowledge of Rating Chain of BSCS (PRIH, RIH, RLH, PX)
• Knowledge of Billing Chain of BSCS (MI, BCH, BGH, Free Units and Price Plan)
• Knowledge of wholesale billing: Interconnect, MVNE, roaming, Partner Management
• Resources administration: RA module for SIM card / IMSI
• Mediation: EMM8 for interfacing with MVNO retail
• Billing system Knowledge of BSCS APIs for customer care: SOI and webservice
