Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm (Every other Saturday from 8am to 1)
Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are a growing dumpster rental company looking for a dependable, organized Dispatcher and Inside Sales to wow our customers. This role is critical to keeping schedules tight, staff accountable, customers informed, and jobs running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing daily office calls for dumpster and help grow our business
- Dispatching and scheduling drivers and trucks
- Ensuring phones, emails, and customer inquiries are handled professionally
- Maintaining accurate job details, notes, and updates in CRM systems
- Have a great ambition in sales and ability to balancing daily workloads
- Quick learner in an office environment
- Handling escalated customer issues and service recovery
- Supporting billing, invoicing, and operational reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in office dispatching
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- 5+ years of inside sales experience required
- Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software
- Ability to lead, make decisions, and hold people accountable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Industry experience in logistics, construction, dumpsters, or home services is a big plus.
