Overview
This position involves operating and assisting with the machinery used in the production of high-quality corrugated boxes. A Machine Operator will perform tasks necessary to support daily operations.

Duties

• Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines, monitor production output, and unload finished products.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects ensuring adherence to quality standards and make machine adjustments as needed to maintain output quality.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve simple mechanical issues with machinery. Perform basic routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating and adjusting machine settings.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and inventory management.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Frequently required to lift, move, and carry raw materials, machine components and finished products weighing up to 50lbs.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8-10 hours per shift.
• Must have fine motor skills for adjusting machine settings, using tools, and handling small parts with precision.
• Assist with operating machine controls, adjust heavy parts, and tighten or loosen machinery components with regular exposure to vibrations from operating machinery.
