Litigation Attorney (0-6 yrs experience) - BPE Law Group | Gold River, California

What You Will Do

· Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

· Take and defend depositions

· Appear in court and argue motions

· Work directly with clients

· Manage cases

· Participate in litigation strategy development

· Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team

· Interest in civil litigation

· Active California Bar license

· Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

· Compensation: $90,000-$160,000 DOE (our compensation structure is not lock-step like many other firms; our attorneys are paid for what they do and what they contribute)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
