We are looking for a pizza dough maker/bread baker to join our team. THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSITION WITH SHIFTS STARTING AT 9PM. This position is part time to start (20 hours) with the expectation to eventually expand hours. You will be working directly with our lead bread baker to produce pizza dough and a few bread doughs. You will also assist in shaping, portioning and baking of these doughs. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is a requirement, with experience in bread and baking.
All breads we make are 100% sourdough and made using 100% locally grown and milled grain. This is a great opportunity to work with interesting flours and with a team of bakers who are passionate about quality breads. We plan to grow this department and are seeking candidates who would like to grow with us.
Candidates must be able to stand for 8 hour shifts, lift 50 pounds, and be open to feedback. Candidates must be team oriented, good communicators, organized precise, and work cleanly.
