Looking for a hands-on job where you'll stay active all day? We're hiring Warehouse Order Pickers / Breakpack Associates for our busy office supply distribution center in Dayville (Killingly), CT.

This is a physically demanding warehouse position. You'll be on your feet for your entire shift, lifting heavy products, moving inventory, loading and unloading freight, and working in a fast-paced distribution environment. If you enjoy manual labor and staying active, this is the job for you!

Pay

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Stock and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Load and unload freight.
• Move product throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to verify inventory and customer orders.
• Perform quality checks on merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Work as part of a fast-paced warehouse team to meet daily production goals.

Physical Requirements

• This is a manual labor-intensive position with constant movement throughout your shift.
• Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
• Frequently bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, pull, and twist.
• Handle products manually throughout the workday.
• Work quickly while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This position is located in a busy warehouse distribution center. Employees work through seasonal temperature changes, including warmer conditions during the summer and cooler temperatures during the winter. The role requires continuous walking, lifting, carrying, and other physical tasks throughout the shift.
