Drink Maker / Barista

• SHIFT RUNS FROM 6 PM UNTIL 1 AM
• Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized
• Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones (Smoothies, teas, coffees, bubble tea).
• Preparing and serving desserts (such as cheesecake)
• Washing dishes when required.
• Prepping fruits and other items needed, and restocking everything.

Qualifications

• Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and serving techniques
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha and Micros
• Strong time management and sales skills to enhance customer experience
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations

Summary

As a Barista, your main role is to craft delicious drinks and desserts while maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. You’ll play a key part in creating a great café experience by preparing high-quality beverages with care and consistency. While there is no need to operate a POS system, strong attention to detail, time management, and cleanliness are essential.
