The Engineer III, within the Complete Vehicle department at Porsche Engineering, is responsible for Complete Vehicle Validation and Assurance in the metropolitan area of California on public roads, according to Porsche’s proprietary testing systems and methodologies. The vehicles descend from Porsche’s development process and reflect the current quality and development levels of the corresponding model ranges. As the vehicles mature, it is necessary to update the vehicles, especially with regards to the software and hardware, to ensure that any findings and/or complaints occurred are arising from the latest, released versions and are thus relevant. The main task is to coordinate and manage the Complete Vehicle activities including the corresponding communication, prioritization, assessments and reporting of the project-related activities. This also includes documentation, preparation and communication of performance records, KPIs, statistics, project- and budget-related calculations and analysis results.

Physical requirements
The salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
