Responsibilities

• Prepare and process title insurance commitments, policies, and related documentation
• Collaborate with law offices, real estate agents, and clients to resolve discrepancies or title defects efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, updates, and correspondence related to each case
• Ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the title processing cycle
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with stakeholders and addressing inquiries promptly

Experience

• Strong understanding of title insurance procedures
• Proficiency in research techniques using GIS technology and legal databases
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing multiple files simultaneously
• Prior experience working within a law office or title agency is highly preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings
