Job Summary: This role oversees elements of B&G Foods’ facility documentation management, quality systems and supplier documentation platforms, including TraceGains. This individual contributor ensures that all technical documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulatory and customer requirements. The coordinator supports audits, vendor onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives across food safety and quality programs.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00am-5:30pm
Essential Duties:

Serve as TraceGains Coordinator, ensuring system functionality and continuous improvement.

Support vendor setup and changes related to supplier documentation.

Manage and maintain online document systems for internal and external use.

Respond to customer questionnaires, surveys, and documentation requests.

Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits (e.g., FDA, third-party).

Backup oversight for certification documentation for finished products ex: Kosher, Non-GMO, Organic.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the facility to improve food safety culture and documentation processes.

Assist with corrective actions, root cause analysis activities and report food safety issues.

Complete special projects and provide backup to FSQA Specialist and Sr. FSQA Specialist as needed.

As needed, support in-plant programs such as: data collection, CCP monitoring and investigations, etc.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, documentation, or administrative support.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Project management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

High level of ownership and initiative.
