Raptor Scientific, a global Aerospace & Defense test and measurement company, is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Operator to set up and operate multi‑axis CNC lathes and mills, bar feeders, and robotic systems. This individual will perform a wide range of machining operations—including turning, boring, drilling, milling, reaming, grinding, threading, and live tooling—in a high‑mix, precision manufacturing environment. This role requires technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
As part of the Raptor Scientific Family, our team develops and supports precision calibration instruments used across the Aerospace and Defense industry. We are focused on customer needs and provide full-spectrum support including engineering, calibration, manufacturing, and repair operations.

The full-time hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and every other Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Full benefits package available after 30 days.

· High school diploma or GED required
· 3–5 years of CNC setup and operation experience, including 4–7 axis mills and lathes with live milling capability
Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
