Job Overview
We are adding a new position to our company, the Industrial Maintenance Technician. The Industrial Maintenance Technician is directly responsible for the upkeep of equipment, facilities and production lines at Impact Beverage facilities. This person will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair issues, and ensure the facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. This Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Manager and will have 2-4 years’ experience as an industrial maintenance technician or related role.

Responsibilities & Duties
· Maintaining/repairing packaging equipment.
· Observing operations of production equipment to identify, plan and execute any efficiencies to achieve optimal performance throughout the production day.
· Displaying the ability to be flexible and assist in the operation of machines and other responsibilities of a packaging operator as evidently needed or described by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Manager.
· Using time effectively with consideration of production goals while planning and performing maintenance/repairs.
· Adhering to workflow schedule as described by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Manager.
· Perform and assist in changeovers on all packaging equipment.
· General electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of all production equipment.
· Training other technicians/operators in operating and changing over equipment when necessary or described by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Manager.
· Promptly communicating successful repairs, changes, adjustments and potential issues on all production equipment to Supervisors and Managers.
· Promptly communicating necessary supplies, equipment, and materials needed to complete projects to Parts Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Manager.
· Performing and updating equipment PM schedules.
· Accurately documenting all maintenance activities in the Impact Beverage CMMS System.
· Assisting other members of the maintenance team in planning and executing maintenance and repairs of equipment throughout all production lines.
· Identifying and using opportunities to learn new and unfamiliar skills from other operators, maintenance technicians and managers.
· Displaying a “team player” attitude and assisting other production staff in obvious and nuanced situations.
