The Business Analyst is a vital link responsible for translating data into meaningful tools that support our meeting our business objectives. The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing data collection and the organization and dissemination of business intelligence tools that allow us to better understand the state of business, glean insights and take action where necessary to improve performance.

Responsibilities:

• Compilation and circulation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews and monthly and bi-monthly scorecards to assess overall company performance against objectives
• On-going communication of key insights and findings
• Support annual budgeting process and tracking mechanisms
• Developing means to improve monitoring, discover and resolve issues, and deliver improved analytic tools
• Provide Diver/BDN/VIP internal support and vendor liaison
• Business Intelligence training
• Contribution to assorted Business Development projects as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted business environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented
• Two years of experience in a related field
• Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas
• Ability to effectively interface at all levels within the organization
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is preferred
• Wine/Spirits Industry and/or Diver/BDN experience will be a plus
