Compensation Structure

Compensation level is determined through a practical interview and demonstrated skill—not simply years of experience.

Barbers are paid the greater of hourly wages or service commission.

Associate Barber

• $20/hour or 35% of service revenue, whichever is greater.

Professional Barber

• $22/hour or 40% of service revenue, whichever is greater.

Senior Barber

• $24/hour or 42% of service revenue, whichever is greater.

Elite Barber

• $26/hour or 45% of service revenue, whichever is greater.

Compensation level is determined through a practical interview and skill assessment.

New Hire Success Bonus

To support the transition to North Bend, newly hired barbers are eligible for monthly bonuses during their first year.

Associate Barber

• $100/month ($1,200 total)

Professional Barber

• $200/month ($2,400 total)

Senior Barber

• $300/month ($3,600 total)

Elite Barber

• $400/month ($4,800 total)

Paid monthly to active employees in good standing.

Quarterly Excellence Bonus

Additional bonuses are awarded based on:

• Active Washington State Barber or Cosmetology license.
• Strong fading and scissor-cutting skills.
