We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Frontline Sales Representative to join the exciting launch of Sports Illustrated Resorts under the Travel + Leisure Co. umbrella. This role is ideal for energetic sales professionals who are passionate about hospitality, vacation ownership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective owners, present the benefits of the Sports Illustrated Resorts lifestyle, and guide guests through the vacation ownership sales process. You will build strong relationships, create memorable experiences, and help clients discover the value of unforgettable sports-inspired travel and resort ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective owners through engaging, professional presentations and tours.
• Promote the Sports Illustrated Resorts brand and the unique benefits of vacation ownership.
• Build rapport with guests and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Understand client needs and recommend vacation ownership solutions that fit their lifestyle.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records, follow up with prospects, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license REQUIRED.
• Previous sales experience, ideally in hospitality, vacation ownership, or real estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
