You take 100% inbound calls from people already shopping for or in need of coverage — no cold calling, no prospecting. You shop each client across our 35+ A-rated carriers, and our AI CRM — trained on thousands of our own closed calls — tells you exactly what to say on every call. It's a consultative, one-call-close approach where the first conversation is frequently the only one a client needs.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role where producers routinely outperform the national average by 2–3x, minus the typical "grind." Free, warm, inbound leads paired with an AI co-pilot make genuine six-figure income realistic — with seven figures attainable over time — all while protecting your work-life balance.

A Typical Week
Monday–Thursday 9AM–6PM, Friday 9AM–4PM. No weekends, no nights.
Field 12–17+ inbound calls from pre-screened prospects already shopping for coverage.

Who Does Well Here
Experienced closers from high-ticket direct sales — solar, door-to-door, pest control, alarms, auto, timeshare, mortgage, or retail management — tend to thrive. You don't need insurance experience; the AI and our warm leads do the heavy lifting. An active FL 2-14 or 2-15 license is a strong plus, though we sponsor and cover pre-licensing for the right candidate. Coachable, ambitious people win here, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) give you a real edge.
