Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Handle transactions and procedures with precision.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements .

• Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
