Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism.

Duties

• Assist incoming customer calls, emails and chats.
• Interpret machine records, manuals & prints for accurate quoting of OEM Aftermarket replacement parts and up sales.
• Efficiently & accurately enter customer estimates, orders & returns for both consumer & service departments
• Follow up with customers on estimates and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Up sell add-on products for machine parts being quoted
• Effectively communicate across internal departments
• Participate in weekly meetings to enhance department proficiencies

ERP knowledge of Syteline 10 preferred. Required Education and Experience

• Associate degree in a business area, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing sales support customer service role.
• CRM Experience is a plus.
