Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly
• Demonstrate product features
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor to ensure an inviting environment
• Manage sales transactions accurately including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable beauty solutions to maximize sales opportunities
• Engage with customers via social media management to promote new products, events, or special offers
• Support operations by answering phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and providing excellent customer service

Skills

• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of cosmetology, and beauty sales to confidently advise customers
• Experience with retail math, POS systems
• Ability to perform product demos effectively and demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in social media management to engage with clients online and promote store events or promotions
• Excellent organizational skills with time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication
