We are seeking a highly organized Client Services & Project Coordinator to oversee projects from sale through installation, ensuring every detail is managed with accuracy and care. As the central point of communication between clients, designers, production, installers, and third-party vendors, you'll keep projects on schedule while delivering a seamless, luxury client experience. We'll provide training on our premium products—you'll bring exceptional organization, proactive communication, and a passion for outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person.
· Coordinate communication between clients, designers, production, installers, and third-party vendors to keep projects on track.
· Manage and track service requests, scheduling, follow-ups, and project documentation within the CRM.
· Coordinate pre-installation requirements to ensure every project is installation-ready.
· Monitor active projects, proactively resolving delays or issues before they impact the client experience.
· Schedule appointments, installation support services, and third-party vendors as needed.
· Conduct post-installation follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
· Support showroom operations and identify opportunities to improve service processes
Required Qualifications:
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the customer experience.
· Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and consistently follow through.
· Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business software.
· Highly dependable, proactive, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Recommended Qualifications:
· Experience in luxury home goods, interiors, cabinetry, or custom product businesses.
· Familiarity with Miami-Dade/ Broward geography for efficient scheduling.
· Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
· Customer service or client success background preferred.
· Experience with Sales Force is a bonus.
· Experience managing projects in construction, remodeling, custom cabinetry, luxury interiors, home services, or similar industries preferred.
