Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments, to determine individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design, oversee, and modify behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Provide direct supervision of behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards.
• Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to inform treatment decisions and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
• Facilitate intake processes for new clients by conducting initial evaluations and coordinating service plans.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or other behavioral health needs.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavior intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices, HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, and medical records management.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.

Pay: From $78,000.00 per year
