This position will be based in Little Falls with occasional travel required. This is a full-time position with compensation based on experience, skill level, qualifications, and overall contribution to the growth of the practice. As the firm continues to expand, there may be opportunities for increased responsibility, professional advancement, and enhanced earning potential. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service
- Professional, friendly and effective communication with clients
- Gather financial planning data, create deliverables, track and follow up on action items for planning clients
- Respond and handle client service requests
- Make investment, insurance, and financial planning recommendations to clients that are aligned with their goals
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the practice through client referrals, networking, and relationship-building activities
- Assist other advisors in the group as needed
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and provide additional planning, investment, and insurance solutions when appropriate
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher - preferred major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor working directly with clients preferred
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Life & Health Insurance licenses
- CFP® designation preferred
