• You will not carry the firm alone. Experienced paralegals, a Managing Paralegal, dedicated intake and client-engagement staff, and a billing team handle case management, consultations, scheduling, and invoicing.

What You Will Do

• Represent clients across all aspects of family law: divorce, child custody, spousal maintenance, property division, and modifications.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and settlement proposals.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, and advocate effectively for your clients.
• Counsel and support clients throughout their cases with clear, responsive communication.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to keep cases moving efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar license, in good standing.
• At least 1 year of family law experience. We will also consider strong litigators from other practice areas who are ready to focus on family law.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A client-centered approach and a real passion for family law advocacy.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
