First calls on Monday, second calls with a spouse midweek, check ins with older households on Friday: the week has a shape you come to like. It is full time, remote, and conducted entirely over the phone.

Many households you speak with run a small firm, and the question is what happens to it, its staff, and its obligations without the owner. A steady identical wage is not part of this, since what you earn tracks what you accomplish. Training goes deep on the subject.

What You'll Do

• Build rapport in the opening minutes so owners speak honestly with you.
• Learn how a small firm unwinds when the person holding it goes.
• Map dependants, obligations, and anything already arranged through an accountant elsewhere.
• Walk both partners through the same explanation so neither hears it secondhand.
• Book the next contact before ending any call that reached no conclusion.
• Keep clean records so a colleague picking up the file understands everything.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
