Overview
Join our team as a Full Time Inventory Associate on third shift, working Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 11pm to 7am. This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and seamless warehouse distribution. You'll play a vital part in maintaining efficient stock levels, supporting procurement activities, and optimizing logistics processes—all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties

• Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment activities to ensure accurate stock levels across the warehouse
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and materials management
• Perform data collection to identify trends and improve inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with logistics teams on demand planning and process improvement initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies or supply chain disruptions to implement effective solutions

Skills

• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse distribution processes
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems such as Metrc and/or Treez.
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets for decision-making
• Knowledge of logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment
• Familiarity with demand planning, inventory control techniques, and category management strategies
