Advanced Pharmaceutical Consultants is a pharmacy management company that specializes in providing pharmacy services for behavioral health facilities. We are currently seeking a Weekend Pharmacist for a behavioral health hospital in Titusville, Fl. We are seeking results-driven team player whose primary focus will put patient safety and care first. Qualified candidates must be passionate about providing a superior quality of care.

Hours: Every other Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 11am

Duties:

• Order entry ensuring appropriate pharmaceutical care is administered to patients of the hospital.
• Correctly preparing/labeling of all drugs and chemicals
• Ensure compliance with standards of The Joint Commission, CMS and other regulatory bodies, including state and federal regulations.
• Qualifications:
• Automated dispensing machine experience preferred.
• Data order entry proficient.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication skills with physicians and nursing staff.
• Pro-active, problem-solving individual that will work as a team, ability to work independently and meet financial, regulatory, and clinical goals as directed by management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $57.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Florida Pharmacist License (Required)
