Facts: It's a 90 hour course to get your real estate license. I speak from personal experience. In 2003, my first year in real estate, I sold 39 homes. Just 3 years later, in my third year in real estate, I opened my local, family owned, independent office in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. Fast forward to 2016 when I sold 48 homes myself while still managing my team of 4 agents. We sold 99 homes that year.
