Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our small-town coffee boutique team. Our baristas are more than just drink makers — they create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about coffee and customer service. In this role, you will prepare high-quality espresso and specialty drinks, take customer orders, operate the register, maintain a clean and inviting café environment, and build genuine connections with our community. In a small-town setting, relationships matter. Our baristas remember names, favorite drinks, and help make our shop feel like home.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare espresso, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages consistently Provide exceptional, friendly customer service Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness of café, equipment, and seating areas Restock supplies and assist with inventory Support team members during busy periods Promote daily specials and boutique items when applicable

Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn drink recipes and preparation techniques Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but not required) We’re looking for someone who values community, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a team that serves more than just coffee — we serve connection.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
