As a Brand Manager for Brand Strategy and Experience, you will represent Starbucks at-home coffee through portfolio strategy & storytelling, breakthrough brand campaigns, and integrated marketing that deepens emotional connection and strengthens brand equity. You will lead brand portfolio strategy, 360 integrated campaign development, and be seen as the go-to champion of key Masterbrand led marketing initiatives and partnerships.
As a Brand Manager I, Channel Development, you will…
Ensure that marketing initiatives deliver on business objectives and elevate our brand, exciting and delighting consumers with communication that ladders up to the Starbucks Masterbrand.
Build brand campaigns with a global, one brand mindset, partnering closely with global marketing teams to elevate the brand in the US.
Lead the development of integrated brand campaigns including end-to-end planning, creative development, and execution across channels that pushes the brand forward.
Continuously evaluate initiative and campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine messaging, optimize impact, and strengthen long-term brand equity.
Present recommendations and insights to leadership, driving alignment, informed decision-making, and strategic prioritization.
Ensure seasonal and out-of-store marketing elevates the brand and achieves in market KPIs
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to support a unified brand experience and manage successful stakeholder relationships with external agencies.
Lead strategic portfolio thinking through strat plan, business plan, portfolio insights, and brand planning.
Enjoy working on an energetic, fun, and highly collaborative team to drive the business forward while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
We’d love to hear from people with:
A passion for and history of launching successful products & comms (CPG experience preferred)
Experience activating across a variety of channels (TV, digital, influencer, experiential, earned)
Strong experience interpreting syndicated data, and leveraging consumer insights to inform impactful campaigns and launches (Circana, Mintel, IPSOS, etc.)
Progressive experience in brand management (5+ years)
Project leadership in large cross-functional environment (5+ years)
Able to work in a matrixed environment to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Thought leadership and a brand champion
MBA strongly preferred

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
