At Central Hospital for Veterinary Medicine, we’re not just passionate about pets, we’re powered by technology that keeps tails wagging and care running smoothly. If you’re an IT Generalist who loves solving problems, streamlining systems, and maybe sneaking a few belly rubs between server checks, we’ve got a spot for you.
With two 24-hour veterinary hospitals and a team of dedicated professionals, we rely on smart, secure, and seamless tech to deliver top-tier care. From supporting specialty services like neurology and cardiology to keeping our emergency systems online around the clock, your skills will help us help pets fast.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You’re not just an IT Generalist, you’re a digital problem-solver with a heart. With 3+ years of experience under your belt, you’ve mastered the art of keeping systems humming, networks secure, and users happy. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly with both techies and non-techies, and know how to prioritize when the stakes are high (like when a vet’s ultrasound won’t load mid-emergency).
Here’s what makes you stand out:
- You’ve supported multi-site operations and understand the nuances of healthcare or service-based environments.
- You’re fluent in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues—and you do it with calm confidence.
- You’re proactive, organized, and always looking for ways to improve workflows and security.
- You’re comfortable juggling help desk requests, system upgrades, and the occasional “my printer hates me” moment.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with EMR systems, cloud-based platforms, or have experience in veterinary or medical settings.
And yes, you like animals. Or at least don’t mind being greeted by a Golden Retriever while rebooting a router.
