Manufacturing Engineer – For world class manufacturer of HVAC systems for industrial applications.

This role will be responsible in launching new production processes and ensuring they are efficient, manufacturable, and aligned with operational goals. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in process development, and a strong command of continuous improvement after launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new production processes from concept through launch production, ensuring performance, quality, and cost objectives are met.
• Design and develop custom manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures to support production efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product launches and process integration.
• Evaluate and improve existing equipment and processes to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve reliability.
• Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments (DFMEA/PFMEA).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, etc.) preferred but will consider strong candidates with varied product/process backgrounds.
• Experience with GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Proven ability to take projects from concept to implementation in a production environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
