We are currently hiring a full-time Sales Associate to support our AT&T business-to-business (B2B) sales campaign. This is an in-person sales role focused on promoting and selling AT&T wireless products and services to business customers in assigned territories. As a Sales Associate, you will meet directly with business owners and decision-makers to discuss AT&T wireless plans, mobile devices, and communication solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate (Bilingual/Spanish)

• Represent AT&T professionally while promoting wireless products and business communication services to prospective business customers
• Conduct in-person business-to-business sales presentations in assigned territories
• Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and customer engagement
• Sales Associates educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and service benefits
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services
• Sales Associates follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain relationships and support the sales process
• Maintain knowledge of current AT&T promotions, wireless technology, and product offerings
• Track customer interactions and sales activity while working toward individual and team sales goals
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
• Attend daily meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development workshops
• Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T wireless plans, devices, and service solutions that align with their business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers

Qualifications of the Sales Associate (Bilingual/Spanish) role:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or telecommunications is a plus but not required
• Basic math and transaction-handling skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

Work Environment & Sales Associate (Bilingual/Spanish) Details

• Job Type: Full-time employee position
• Work Setting: In-person / face-to-face / business-to-business sales
• Industry: Telecommunications and wireless sales/ AT&T wireless products and business communication services
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays as needed
• Hours: Approximately 40–48 hours per week
• Location: Local travel within assigned territories based out of the office location (Ontario, California)
