Project Controls – Lead Scheduler/Planner

Role Overview
The Senior Scheduler/Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining fully integrated project schedules, ensuring adherence to contractual milestones, internal execution strategies, and customer reporting requirement requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain alignment across project managers, estimating, engineering, and field personnel.
• Develop detailed schedules in ProCore, Primavera, MS Project
• Perform schedule variance analysis and corrective action planning.
• Support forecasting, stakeholder reporter, and milestone reviews.
• Prepare periodic status reports and forecasts for stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and anticipated changes.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress, incorporated changes, and overall project health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls and scheduling, preferably in the construction or power delivery industry.
• Proficient in scheduling software (preferred ProCore exp) and familiarity with cost management and control processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation purposes.
