Job Classification: Project Manager (Electrical-Airfield)

Job Description:

Responsible for submittal and RFI process on projects, responsible for material scheduling, scheduling of subcontractors, verification of change order pricing, negotiation of changes, writing and negotiation of contracts to subcontractors, conducting pre-construction meetings and owner’s meetings.

The Project Manager is also responsible for planning the work, organizing material & labor crews, and providing oversight and direction to meet the project schedule. Understands and enforces company policies and safety requirements. Reports to Operations Manager.

Experience:

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong communication skills and have the abililty to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced construction environment

Prerequisites:

Previous Electrical Project Management role.

Must be able to pass a background check

Drug Screen

Strong Computer Skills

Weekends and Shift work possible
