Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
• Lead a team of installers, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process.
• Perform various installation tasks including drywall, plastering, roofing, and fixture installations.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design and materials.
• Prepare construction estimates for projects, accurately assessing material and labor costs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring quick resolution.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction or remodeling with a focus on installation tasks.
• Strong knowledge of plastering, drywall installation, roofing, and fixture installation techniques.
• Familiarity with construction estimating and inspection processes is preferred.
• Experience in construction management is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
