About the Temporary Employment Registry
We maintain a Temporary Employment Registry to fill short-term vacancies as they arise throughout the year. These roles are typically less than six months in duration, with some offering flexible working hours. All positions are generally office-based at our downtown Chicago location.

Typical temporary roles include:

• Passport processing officers and consular assistants.
• Project management officers- supporting short-term initiatives and events.
• Executive assistants- providing high-level administrative support to executives.
• Administrative assistants- supporting finance, HR, property, security or IT functions.
