Candidates must reside in Minnesota.

• Candidates must reside in Minnesota. This position requires employees to maintain a primary residence in Minnesota to support business operations, travel requirements, and project assignments throughout the state and surrounding areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Civil Construction Journeyworker or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and practices.
• This position requires up to 80% travel and the ability to work at various locations as business needs dictate. Per diem may be provided to employees who qualify under the company's Travel and Per Diem Policy.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
• Candidates without a CDL must be willing and able to obtain one if required for the position.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record.
