• Salary + Bonus Potential: $70,000 - $95,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities)

The Job You'll Do

Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day team will see you:

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care to all ages across the lifespan (pediatrics and adults).
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).

The Right Fit

Our most successful clinicians possess:

• Minimum Requirements – Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Collaboration Dedication – The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing"

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
